“Vibrational energy in audio components is known to affect the listening experience,” explains CEO Chris Bell. “Our new Vibe space is designed to absorb some of that energy and extend the tuning options of our Experience cables.”

The Vibe spacer, the newest addition to the Wire on Wire stable, is made of highly damping TPS, a material that translates vibration into thermal energy, and can be used alone or in combination with our existing MkII spacers.

Wire on Wire’s unique cable design gives you the power to fine-tune your audio system. Tuning alters the relationship between conducting wires in our range of interconnects and speaker cables.

Fine-tuning with the Vibe.

Used in our range of Experience audio cables there are some common features when using the Vibe.

With the central insert in place there is a better sense of solidity to musical images so the space they occupy in the sound stage is more defined. The images also appear better separated with increased depth to the sound stage.

Without the central insert the images are more solid with less emphasis on the spatial cues.

Precise results of course will vary depending on where the Vibe is placed or how many are used.

“We’re really pleased to extend the tuning options of our Experience cables, not just to new customers, but also to our existing customers. Unlike conventional audio cable designs that are fixed, our cables at Wire on Wire extend the listening options of our existing customers without the need to buy a new cable,” says Chris.

In the constant quest for the perfect musical presentation, the new Vibe is another tool for discovering the best sound your hi-fi system can produce.

The Vibe is now supplied with the audio cables in addition to the MkII spacers, but can be purchased separately from Wire on Wire for £32 per set of 14.
